Libya Stands by Syria Against US Air Strike.

Libya has made it clear that it support Syria against US air strike last week.
Libya confirmed its solidarity with sisterly Syria following an air strike by American Military helicopters of al-Bukamal area in north east Syria.
General People' Committee for Foreign Liaison and International Cooperation said in its website last Monday: "It received with great concern the news of American military helicopters carrying out an attack on al-Bukamal area in north east Syria and it expresses its strong condemnation of such aggression on territories of a sovereign state under the claim of fighting terrorism .
Great Jamahiriya underlines its solidarity with sisterly Syria and its right in defending and protecting its territories and citizens.
"It demands that the international community and specially the Security Council must take proper measures to prevent occurrence of such acts that represent a violation of countries' sovereignty, international law and the UN Charter and that increases the state of instability and tension in the area," the statement said.
